Sorting & inspection: At our facility, we separate by colour (whites, lights, darks), fabric, and soil level. We check pockets, unroll sleeves, and note delicate trims or embellishments.
Pre-treatment (if needed): Obvious marks—collar grime, cuffs, food spots—are pre-treated using fabric-safe solutions. If a stain is stubborn, we’ll flag it for our stain specialists (you can opt in to Stain Removal as an add-on).
Programmed wash: Machines are loaded to optimal capacity (not crammed) so water and detergent can circulate properly. We pick the right temperature and spin speed for the fabric blend in your batch.
Smart drying: Based on the items, we choose air-tumble, low-heat, or standard dry. Heat-sensitive pieces are protected; towels get the warmth they need to fluff up.
Post-wash check: We run a quick quality pass—no damp pockets, no twisted seams—and separate pieces that need pressing or folding.
Neat finish: Standard orders are neatly folded; shirts and trousers can be sent for steam pressing (add-on). Everything returns in protective packaging, clearly labelled.
