Doorstep handover: Our rider arrives with tamper-evident bags and labels. Each order gets a unique code so nothing mixes.
Live status: From pickup to processing to out-for-delivery, you’ll get updates. Need to add Steam Press or Stain Removal? Just reply to the update.
On-time return: We deliver clean, folded (or on hangers) within the promised window. Travelling? We can hold and deliver on your return date.
